For all issues with your order placed on our website, kindly contact us by sending an email to info@framundo.com (as soon as possible and within 30 days). Make sure to add all your order details into the mail. And we will do our best to help you fix the problem!

Important: please keep in mind that most of our products are hygiene products. After opening/using, these products won't be accepted for returns. You can always come and visit us at the market in Amsterdam to try out our products first.
